Neo4J: Delete Nodes and Relationships with Cypher Statement

Today i played a bit with Neo4J and created some Node and Relationships between them, but then i had the following problem:

In this scenario i wanted, that 1 Node is followed by only 1 other node, but Node 37 had 2 Followers, so i had to correct this by one solution: Deleting these 2 Nodes and the Realtionships.

START n=node(37) 
MATCH (n)-[rel:NEXT]->(d) 
DELETE rel, d 
RETURN n.sender

Then my Graph looked like this
