After you have uploaded your Upgrade Pack for SuiteCRM, in my case it was from 7.4.3 to 7.5, the process could not be finished. In that case, i tried some things and finally the Rebuilt of the Relationships solved the problem. Rebuilt Relationships: Go to: Admin Panel -> Repair -> Rebulit Relationships
